Baptism of Children Ages 7-16
OCIA for Children (Ages 7–16)
Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (Adapted for Children & Teens)
If your child/teen is between the ages of 7 and 16 and:
- has not been baptized, or
- was baptized in another Christian tradition, or
- was baptized Catholic but has not received First Communion or Confirmation,
They are invited to begin their faith journey through the OCIA adapted for children & Teens.
This process offers:
- Age-appropriate catechesis
- Personalized faith formation
- Opportunities to grow in relationship with Jesus
- Preparation for the Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation
- A welcoming parish community to support them and your family
